Individual Booking Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour or activity. This means cancellations must be made 3 days prior to qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, and the total booking cost will be charged.
To avoid unnecessary charges, please review your plans and reach out to us promptly if any changes arise. For added peace of mind, consider purchasing travel insurance, which may cover unexpected situations.
Cancellation Policy for Group and Private Bookings
Due to the additional resources required for group and private tours, these bookings have a different policy. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start time. This extended notice allows us to make necessary arrangements without affecting service quality for your group or others.
For cancellations of group or private tours made between 7 days and 72 hours before the event, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations made within 72 hours or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
This policy applies to groups of all sizes, from small private tours to larger events. The extended notice is necessary due to the extra coordination and resources involved in organizing these tours.
